Live music for corporate events in Dubai

Acoustica Dubai is a Sri Lankan, six-piece live band that has been performing for audiences across the UAE since 2014. For companies, a live band changes the atmosphere of an event: a full band, live vocals and a setlist that moves from background music during dinner to a high-energy dance floor when the formal programme ends.

Our repertoire combines international hits with Sinhala favourites and baila, so we can play for multinational teams and mixed audiences, and shape the music around your guests and your programme.

A DHL celebration at Atlantis, The Palm

Acoustica performed at DHL's Employee of the Year Party 2020 at Atlantis, The Palm, and was recognised with a signed certificate of appreciation from DHL's Country Manager UAE. In his words: "Thank you Acoustica for a great performance delivered during our Employee of the Year Party 2020 in Atlantis, The Palm. Our staff enjoyed your energy and the diverse variety of music which really made an impact to the overall celebration." The certificate is shown in full in our press kit.

Corporate occasions we can perform at

Gala dinners and awards nights: softer sets during dinner, timed around speeches and presentations, with livelier music once the formalities end.

Product launches and brand events: live music that adds energy to a launch or reception, agreed around your running order.

Staff parties and annual celebrations: from Employee of the Year parties to end-of-year events, sets designed to get teams on the dance floor.

Clear quotations and production

Event planners need clarity. You'll receive an itemised quotation that sets out the performance fee, number and duration of sessions and breaks, production inclusions and exclusions, approved travel, and the total with advance and balance. Sound, lighting and stage are supplied by the event or venue. Final production requirements are confirmed in your quotation and agreed directly with the organiser, and our technical rider is available on request.

A private, air-conditioned room for the band is mandatory and must be provided by the organiser from arrival until departure. A booking is confirmed once the written quotation/agreement is accepted and the advance payment is received. An enquiry or quotation alone does not reserve the date.
