Booking terms at a glance

Confirm your booking with a 50% advance payment. The remaining 50% is payable immediately after the first performance session, before the next session begins. For a single-session booking, the balance is payable immediately after that session.
Cancellation charges range from 5% to 15% of the performance fee, depending on notice. The remaining payment is refunded within seven calendar days, less any previously approved, genuinely unrecoverable third-party costs.
A private, air-conditioned room for the band is mandatory and must be provided by the organiser from arrival until departure.
