How planning a performance works
Planning live music with Acoustica Dubai follows a simple path. The tool above gives you an instant, AI-assisted starting point, but every recommendation is a suggestion only — prices, availability and inclusions are confirmed by the band in a written quotation.
1. Send an enquiry
Share your event type, date (or tell us it isn't confirmed yet), location and any notes. You can send the plan generated here straight to us, or use the short booking form. An enquiry does not reserve your date; availability is confirmed after we review it.
2. Line-up and setlist
Acoustica performs as a six-piece live band. Together we shape the music around your guests — Sinhala favourites, baila, international hits, or a mix. Browse the setlist for ideas and send us any must-play songs, including a first dance for weddings.
3. Timings and sets
Performances are arranged as sets with short breaks in between, timed around your programme — arrival, dinner, speeches and the dance floor. The exact duration, number of sets and break timings are agreed and written into your quotation.
4. Sound, stage and practical needs
Sound, lighting and stage are supplied by the event or venue. Final production requirements are confirmed in your quotation and agreed directly with the organiser, and our technical rider is available on request.
We also need access to the performance area before guests arrive for setup and soundcheck. A private, air-conditioned room for the band is mandatory and must be provided by the organiser from arrival until departure. Travel arrangements for events outside Dubai are confirmed before booking confirmation.
5. Quotation and booking terms
You'll receive an itemised quotation covering the performance, sessions and breaks, production inclusions and exclusions, and any approved travel. A booking is confirmed once the written quotation/agreement is accepted and the advance payment is received. An enquiry or quotation alone does not reserve the date.
